Terms and Conditions
By purchasing and/or participating in a tour organized by Morocco Wanderlust Tours .SARL. AU, you acknowledge that Morocco Wanderlust Tours acts solely as an independent intermediary between you and suppliers of goods and services not directly provided by Morocco Wanderlust Tours. These services may include accommodations,
ground transportation, tours, and guides. Morocco Wanderlust Tours .SARL. AU shall not be held responsible for any actions or omissions of these suppliers, which may result in loss, damage, delay, or injury to you, your travel companions, or group members. Additionally,
you understand and agree that the terms and conditions of these suppliers will also apply. Neither Morocco Wanderlust Tours nor any organization contracting its services shall be liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred by any traveler due to social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, war, terrorist activities, or any other circumstances beyond their control.
By embarking upon your travel, you voluntarily assume all associated risks. Your booking with Morocco Wanderlust Tours constitutes consent to these terms and conditions. By engaging our services, you agree to hold Morocco Wanderlust Tours blameless in making travel arrangements on your behalf. Furthermore, you agree that any claims for restitution or damages, if applicable, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.
Final Payments
Full payment is required no later than 21 days prior to your arrival date, unless otherwise specified in writing. Intermediate payments may be invoiced as needed for hotel deposits, where applicable. Payment methods accepted include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, and wire transfers. Failure to submit payment as scheduled may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Form of Payment
We accept money orders, credit cards, or wire transfers at any time. In the event of a computer or human billing error, Morocco Wanderlust Tours reserves the right to re-invoice participants with the correct billing information.
Not Included
Personal expenses, including but not limited to telephone calls, mini-bar items, laundry, meals outside of those specified, alcoholic beverages, beverages other than water, spa services, or optional activities, are not covered by Morocco Wanderlust Tours .SARL. AU. Any additional charges for these items will be invoiced to you before departing the hotel, restaurant, or service provider.
Please refer to the details of each specific tour for a comprehensive list of inclusions and exclusions. Failure to pay additional charges for which you are responsible will result in a 20% penalty fee added to any charges covered by Morocco Wanderlust Tours.
Data Protection
Morocco Wanderlust Tours may request specific personal information from you, such as dates of birth, passport details, dietary restrictions, or relevant medical conditions. Please be assured that this information will be treated confidentially by the company. It may only be shared with suppliers on a necessary basis to facilitate the provision of services to the traveler. Morocco Wanderlust Tours complies with all applicable data protection regulations and will not use your information for any purpose outside of providing the services requested.
Participation
Morocco Wanderlust Tours .SARL. AU and the suppliers contracted for services reserve the right to deny acceptance or retain any person whose behavior is deemed likely to disrupt the smooth operation of a tour or adversely impact the enjoyment or safety of oneself or other travelers. In such cases, Morocco Wanderlust Tours, its agents, and suppliers hold no liability to such individuals for refund, compensation, repatriation, or any other related matters.
Cancellations and Refunds
Morocco Wanderlust Tours understands that unforeseen circumstances may require travelers to cancel their trips. However, certain conditions apply:
- Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the departure date: A full refund will be provided, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 30-45 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the departure date: No refunds will be provided, except in cases of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
All refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 30 days of approval. In the event of a force majeure event or significant changes made by Morocco Wanderlust Tours (e.g., itinerary alterations), travelers will have the option to either accept the changes, book an alternative tour (if available), or receive a full refund of payments made.
Travel Insurance
Morocco Wanderlust Tours strongly recommends that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and baggage loss or damage. Insurance can help protect you from potential financial losses in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident, or natural disasters.
It is the responsibility of each traveler to arrange appropriate insurance coverage before departure. Morocco Wanderlust Tours will not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to insufficient or absent insurance coverage.
Amendments
If a traveler wishes to make changes to their reservation after confirmation (such as changing dates, accommodations, or itinerary details), the following conditions apply:
- Amendment requests must be submitted in writing.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from service providers.
- A $50 amendment fee will apply for each change made after the initial booking.
Significant changes to confirmed itineraries (such as switching destinations or major itinerary overhauls) may be treated as cancellations, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Responsibility and Liability
Morocco Wanderlust Tours .SARL. AU acts as an agent for suppliers in regards to travel services. The company shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of services or the condition of facilities, nor for the actions of any third-party providers. Any disruptions, cancellations, or modifications to services will be handled according to the terms of the respective service providers.
